Kat Graham is rocking blonde locks, and rocking out to a new buzzed-about single. 

'The Vampire Diaries' actress, 23,  has transformed her raven locks to blonde again, celebrating her new song, "Power." She is letting her inner "power" loose with the song, described as having an "electro-pop sound" with "pounding drums and a chorus that congeals into a rallying cry,"  according to Billboard.

"The meaning behind 'Power' for me was to express that true power that comes from within," she told the magazine. "Someone can come into your life and unlock the door to your potential. For me, that was love, but it can be anything to anyone...It's a song that starts off feeling like you're just one of many, and someone forcing you to see that in the end, it's only you."

The multi-faceted star, who will perform at the Summer Hello concert for KISS 98.5 in Buffalo on June 29,  tweeted her gratitude to fans on Friday.

While she is saying hello to another hit single, Graham has bid farewell to her dark roots for the summer; cameras caughter her with sun-colored hair recently. But this is not the first time that she has gone peroxide blonde and light brown.

She famously rocked an ombre hair style with strawberry ends last summer with boyfriend, Cottrell Guidry, according to US Weekly.
