Once again, Justin Bieber is reportedly out of the dating market and spending time with his new rumored girlfriend, Jordan Ozuna.

But things are a bit messy with Ozuna being a married woman supposedly, according to The Inquistitr. There seemed to be no indication of trouble in paradise when the 22-year-old Las Vegas waitress had a highly-publicized date with Selena Gomez' ex on June 16 at Las Vegas Indoor Skydiving.

The "Heartbreaker" singer, who was reportedly banned from the facility and put on their "No Fly" list, indulged in some public displays of affection with the blonde.

It was on Tuesday that her mother-in-law, Kris Ozuna spoke to Celebuzz, claiming that the Bieb's new gal pal was still hitched.

"They've been separated a good year," she said of Ozuna and her husband. "They were very young when they got married...They'll figure it out on their own."

She also said the estranged couple are in the process of getting a divorce after meeting in high school. The mother-in-law is not on the best of terms with Ozuna since the two have not spoken for more than a year, but she said her son and Ozuna's distant husband, Daniel, who is serving in the Coast Guard, was not aware of the widely known date.

When asked about what she thought of the new rumored romance, Ozuna's mom-in-law said, "She's not surprised," according to the Daily Mail.

On their adventure, Bieber and his date looked very cozy. "In the waiting room area, she was sitting on his lap and they were kissing," said a source to E! Online. "Little pecks and kisses."

The person added, "Right before the flight, in a second waiting room area, he laid down on her left side and he had his head between her legs and had his cap half-covering his face. She was caressing him on the head and shoulders."

Occassionally, Biebs put his hands around her waist and kissed her quickly a few times during the outing.
