Amanda Bynes dreams of rocking the mic as a famous rapper, and now might just get her shot thanks to one record label.

According to Radar Online, Daniel Herman of Chinga Chang Records has offered a lucrative deal to the the 27-year-old, hoping the two will reach an agreement to record a music album. But the star, who has been camped out in New York City, battling people on Twitter and recently purchased a new puppy, could refuse though everything is a go if she wants to be a singer.

"The fact tha Amanda wants to do hip hop music means that Chinga Chang label is the best place for her to do this, because of my past experience with bringing pop and legitimate hip hop together," Herman explained. The label owner also said he cleared the project with The Orchard and Sony Entertainment, who gave the green light to go ahead.

Why the interest in Bynes' rhyming skills?

Well, Herman likes that Bynes is a spitfire and has obsessively gone after Drake. He believes that Bynes could have more street credibility that the rapper.

"I think that she's more gangster than Drake," he said.

Herman has reached out to Bynes' attornies to ink the deal, but in the meantime, he might be waiting to see what other interesting things that the former Nickelodeon star has to say about the Young Money lyricist.
