Kim Kardashian sent boyfriend Kanye West a heartfelt Twitter message for his 36th birthday on June 8th. And word is her rapper beau thought the world of her romantic tweet.

West celebrated his birthday in New York City with celebrity friends that included Jay-Z, Beyonce, Scott Disick, and Jonathan Cheban (Kim's best friend).

In a Twitter post that featured a collage of Kardashian and west the star wrote, "Happy Birthday to my best friend, the love of my life, my soul!!!! I love you beyond words!"

Hollywood Life reports that the sentimental message is just what the rapper wanted from his high profile girlfriend. "He thought the world of it," the source said.

"Something low key and sentimental is all the guy wanted from Kim."

Many were wondering why Kardashian was not present at her baby father's birthday and it was speculated that she was not invited. However the very pregnant reality star is now longer allowed to fly this late in her pregnancy.

"Kim isn't allowed to fly," the source confirmed to Us Weekly on the rapper's birthday.

The magazine reported that the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star explained that her visit to Paris, France would be her "final trip" before her little girl arrived.

"My final trip before I can't fly anymore!" she wrote, while she shared photos of her vacation.

"My mom and I flew to Paris to soak in the amazingness Paris has to offer before I can't travel any more."

Kanye West was on the East Coast due to his commitments to headline the Governor's ball on June 9th.
