Mel B. soaked up some sun rays and splashed in the beach waves to celebrate her 38th birthday in Malibu on Tuesday.

The "America's Got Talent" judge's birthday is May 29, but she kept the party going with sand between her toes and husband, Stephen Belafonte by her side, according to Perez Hilton. She donned a ruby red bikini, showing off her curves, toned arms, flat tummy and tattoos while having shined on the picture-perfect warm day.

Scary Spice also acted like a teenage girl, having interacted playfully with her husband while they popped and drank champagne.

Belafonte, who is a film producer, also protected his wife from sun burn with sun tan oil and made sure every inch of her was covered from head to toe, according to the Daily Mail. The couple, who married in 2007, could not keep their hands off each other, with Belafonte being a doting husband.

Perhaps the grand public display of affection and smooching was because of Mel B.'s youthful look.

She paired the fiery-colored two piece with freshly styled wavy hair and heavy eye makeup, including dark brown shadow, thick liner and piled-on mascara.

The singer and now-reality TV star had just had a daytime soiree at the Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas on June 1, celebrating with her husband, rapper Lil' Jon and Los Angeles Laker Mecca World Peace a.k.a Ron Artest, according to the Las Vegas Sun.
