Justin Bieber has been pouring out his heart in a musical journal, which the latest entry confirmed news of a new single, "Heartbreaker."

The 19-year-old singer, who is taking a break from touring, shared his thoughts on Instagram with an image of a purple crumbling heart with a Cupid icon shooting a bow at it, according to The Week. He captioned the photo with "Heartbreaker #Justinbiebernewsingle."

It was a special message for his fans, but was rather evasive and left out the part about a release date.

But the baby-faced crooner dropped some hints including "tell a friend to tell a friend," "Don't tell me your my #JustinBieber #heartbreaker" and "Coming soon," according to MTV News.

We can only guess when it will drop, but there's no doubt of his manager, Scooter Braun's excitement. Braun told MTV that the singer started stirring the album's musical pot during a tour last year. "I don't ever disclose what our plans are," he said. "but I will say this: He's been writing one to two songs a day for the entire tour, and he actually labels them by the city he writes them in."

They referred to the writing fest as his "music journal," full of a lot of truth telling, according to a recent tweet.

Obviously, fans are anticipating that Bieber had a lot of feelings to share about his now-ex girlfriend, Selena Gomez. But they will have to wait and see.
