Rihanna is having a hard time in putting back together the pieces of her broken heart after splitting with Chris Brown, according to The Belfast Telegraph.

Brown's reconcilation with ex-girlfriend model Karrueche Tran was not only the nail in their relationship coffin, but a trigger to sending the 25-year-old "Stay" singer over the edge. She is avoiding the heartbreak, hit the partying pedal full throttle and even dropping two sizes in the process after her ex's surprise rendezvous.

"Pals have told Rihanna not to get upset about Chris and Karrueche," an insider told British magazine, Closer. "They think the best revenge would be living well and looking good, but so far, Rihanna's answer has been to party the pain away."

It been a turbulent few months full of media frenzies, captivating Instagram pictures, nasty rumors and controversies that led to the couple going their separate ways. The former couple, who first called it quits in 2009 after Brown assualted RiRi, rekindled their romance only to find that parting is not such sweet sorrow.

"It's understandable that she'd want to escape her feelings on this but she's taking it way too far," the insider added.

Everyone around the Barbados singer are worried, and urge her to seek help, the insider also told the magazine. Right now, RiRi is entertaining audiences on her Diamonds World Tour, and her busy schedule and being on the road heightens her friends' concerns that she might be near a self-destructive point.

Now, we know that Rihanna can party with the best of them, but the recent binge strikes a bad chord. Friends are telling her to slow down, refocus and detox.
