Justin Bieber is reportedly under police investigation for a bad habit in which his neighbors and gated Los Angeles community is growing sick of. Bieber was accused of driving reckless around his Calabasas community while speeding in his Ferrari.

TMZ reported that the incident occurred on Sunday night around 8pm. The Los Angeles County Sheriff spokesperson told TMZ that, cops received 2 separate phone calls regarding the incident, one of the complaints came from former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, 40.

According to the Daily Mail, Johnson has four children, Keyshawn Jr. Mala, London, and Vance. Whitmore said that callers reported the 19-year old driving at a "startling high rate of speed." It was also reported that at least on child was playing in the area at the time.

E! News confirmed that the L.A County Sheriff's Department paid a visit to the house of the speeding singer. However Bieber refused to speak to the officers when they arrived.

This is not the first time the teenage heartthrob has had an issue with his neighbors. Back in March a neighbor accused Bieber of spitting in his face and the two got into an alleged altercation. TMZ reports that the singer threatened to kill the neighbor when he confronted him for reckless driving.

The Daily Mail reports that some Ferraris can reach up to 300 mph.

Whitmore has since stated that the case will be brought to the L.A. County District Attorney. Reps for the star have yet to comment on the incident.
