Jennifer Lawrence's accused stalker is now off the streets and facing charges after a recent arrest, according to the Daily Mail.

Zhao Han Cong, 23, of Vancover, British Columbia, reportedly stalked and insisted that Lawrence's brother, Blaine put him in touch with the Oscar-winning actress to "protect" her before federal agents in Lawrence's hometown, Louisville, Kentucky, charged him with interstate stalking and repeated harrassing phone communciations on May 20.

Agents ordered Cong to undergo psychiatric examination on May 24 to determine if the case could proceed.

According to court documents, Cong began frequently contacting Lawrence's brother under the name, "Ted" on April 4. He claimed to want to "protect" Lawrence and made references to the Boston Marathon bombings, saying bad things could happen to Lawrence.

But it gets even weirder and scarier.

Reportedly, Cong emailed Lawrence's brother with references to the Bible and called himself Lawrence's "husband for life" before saying he would get "angry and all hell would break loose."

He even flew to Louisville to ask for the home address of Lawrence's mother at the town's local police station, where cops interviewed him. He told them that "he was the second coming of Jesus," according to TMZ.
