Khloe Kardashian Odom showed off her toned and tighter body in a pair of ripped skinny jeans to cameras on Sunday.

The 28-year-old reality TV star is 25 pounds lighter and proud of it, rocking curve-hugging dress and skin-tight t-shirts lately, according to the Huffington Post. She paired the new-shape flattering jeans with a black tank top, blazer and studded high heels, photographed in her latest run-in with shutterbugs at her sister, Kim's home.

But how did she get so trim in time to catch those summer beach waves?

The "Khloe and Lamar" star said it is all about moderation and exercise. "Right now, I try to go on hikes or something," she told Life & Style Magazine. "I work out at least four or five days a week. At least, I try."

She likes to do a combo of alternating days hitting the gym and doing outdoor activities, slimming down with pilates and squat challenges. Oftentimes, her bestie, actress Malika Haqq and her brother, Rob, who is actively trying to lose 40 pounds, accompanies her to work out sessions.

And she also has cut back on alcohol, which helps flatten your stomach, and cut back on carbs and sugars.

Instead of picking up bread or pastries, the brunette beauty gets a chicken chopped salad with garbanzo beans whenever she hits her favorite eatery, Emilio's Trattoria in Los Angeles.
