Jessica Simpson is selling her Beverly Hills pad for a cool $7.995 million.

According to OK! Magazine, the "Fashion Star" judge is preparing for baby number two by letting go of her grandioso abode, which the blonde singer brought before meeting NFL fiancee, Eric Johnson.

The 5,500-square-foot-home sits in a "private celebrity enclave" with a "gated entrance and vine-covered exterior," complete with extensive chandeliers, whitewash fabrics and hardwood floors, lush gardens, a koi pond and a secluded swimming pool that creates the home's "Hamptons shabby chic" style.

The listing spells out all of the home's impressive qualities. "Ebonized hardwood floors and fabulous crown and [base moldings] throughtout are just some of the quality details in this romantically emotional home," the listing stated.

It seemed to be a pain killer for Simpson, who brought the home for $5,275 after splitting from her first husband, Nick Lachey.

Letting go of the fancy manse will help Simpson let go of a bit of her past, and have her swimming in even more benjamins.

And she and her baby bump can move into that $11.5 million new mansion that she and Johnson purchased for Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's Hidden Hills, Calif.estate, according to the Huffington Post.
