Looks like the Kardashians are in the news once again. This time the spotlight is on Khloe Kardashian, who received a letter from Governor Andrew Cuomo on Monday, telling the reality star that the logo on her T-shirt line may be violating copyright law.

Fox News reported that the governor's office sent a cease-and-desist letter to Khloe Kardashaian and husband Lamar Odom to stop them from selling a specific T-shirt from their Rich Soil clothing line.

The logo on the T-shirt is very similar to that of the New York Department of Agriculture. After Cuomo's administration became aware of the distribution of the clothing item they sent the couple a letter warning them that if they did not stop selling the shirt immediately that New York State would sue them.

The state's design shows the Statue of Liberty above crop rows encircled by the word "Pride of New York," according to Fox News.

Meanwhile Kardashian's shirt displays the Stature of Liberty, along with crop rows, however the encircled words read "Rich Soil New York."

The New York Daily News reported that just hours after receiving the letter from the Governor the couple yanked the t-shirt off of their website.

In a press conference later on that day Cuomo chose not to comment about the matter.

"I wish I could [comment] in some ways," Cuomo said, according to the Daily News, "because it would at least be a little more interesting than what I normally do."

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom chose to remain quiet about the situation as well. Fox news reported that neither has made references to it on their social media accounts.
