On the heels of last night's performance at the Billboard Music Awards, Chris Brown posted a sweet message on his Facebook page about his ex-girl Rihanna just a few hours ago.

"Also congrats to Rihanna on her 4 wins tonight," he posted. "God Bless. Proud of you." One might think that for Brown to be happy about Rihanna's wins in one radio and three R & B categories, he must have ran into her at the event.

But oddly enough, Rihanna skipped the Las Vegas awards, leaving Brown all by his lonesome. But Breezy proved that he was powering forward after their breakup though he had a potentially embarassing moment onstage. While dancing around during his high energy "Fine China" performance, his voice started to crack, according to FOX News.

He admitted on Twitter to being a "little hoarse" during the performance, and wrote it is "something that happens."

We may not know what was the cause of Brown's sore throat, but we can say that he showed some maturity with the "congrats" message to RiRi. It is also an 180-degree turn from their habit of Twitter spatting.

But does the message mean that two could be on the road to reconcilation?
