On Sunday night former Playboy bunny Holly Madison announced that she will have a summer wedding, with plans to tie the knot on August 15th. However she was seen in court a few hours following the news because her fiancé is facing up to 13 years of jail time.

The Huffington Post reported that Madison's fiancé, Pasquale Rotella is facing charges of bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy, and conflict of interest.

According to Radar, "allegedly, Pasquale used more than $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to bribe city officials. He was indicted along with five other people involved in his company, Insomniac Events."

The Artopia blog reports that in the case against Rotella "the prosecution alleges that Gerami and Rotella paid Coliseum events manager Todd DeStefano on the side, knowing that they'd get paid back in other ways, including with steeply discounted rents ($25,000 for a multimillion-dollar production, in one case)."

Rotella posted at $1.8 million bail and was released from jail. He is expected back in court on July 29th in which the case is set to reconvene.

Madison and Rotella share a daughter together, the model gave birth in March to Rainbow Aurora Rotella. According to HP the couple is hopeful that he will remain a free man seeing as Madison plans on having a "Kardashian-sized family."

Holly Madison's rep has yet to return any requests for a comment but Rotella and Madison have been actively on Twitter. Madison tweeted today but the couple has not addressed the drama surrounding them recently.

If convicted Rotella could face up to 13 years and 8 months in prison.
