Could Beyonce, one of the hardest working women in show business, be with child again or just sick?

The 31-year-old singer cancelled a show in Belguim for her Ms. Carter tour on Tuesday, according to Ryan Seacrest.

Why? Well, B's publicist explained that the singer was suffering from "dehydration and exhaustion," and ordered to rest to the Associated Press. But many are saying that this latest news could stem from pregnancy.

After being snapped onstage with what appeared to look like a stomach bulge last week, rumors are flying everywhere that she is expecting a second child with hubby Jay-Z, according to Now Magazine.

Some bird-eyed fans noticed that Queen B had a rounder bump in her skin-tight blue catsuit while performing at a tour stop in London.

In fact, Beyonce deviated from her usual hip-hugging attire at the MET Gala, wearing a disorienting belted gown that comouflaged her waist.

Naturally, people are trying to put two and two together. What we do know for sure is that B had said to ABC News that she wants her one-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy to have a sibling. But the singer put out the fire that another pregancy was soon to come, saying she was not in a rush to have another child. "I would like more children," she said. "I think my daughter needs some company. At some point, when it's supposed to happen."

She has also let people in on her happiness as a working mom. And if the singer is pregnant again, people will probably expect another big reveal like her Blue Ivy's bump unveiling at the MTV Video Music Awards last year.
