Is Phoebe Tonkin back with "Secret Circle" ex-boyfriend Chris Zylka? The two were spotted on Thursday celebrating Zylka's 28th birthday at Sayers Club in Hollywood. The could-be couple were photographed having a good time while Tonkin planted a kiss on the cheek of a smiling Zylka.

The two who were rumored to be dating back in February had a nasty break up which resulted in Tonkin destroying the painting her ex-boyfriend gave her while they were together.

According to wetpaint.com the painting featured a girl with Frankenstein monster-esque stitching on her face and the words "Somewhere over the rainbow."

After breaking the painting the actress posted it on Instagram with the caption, "That felt good."

However on Thursday "Pretty Little Liars" star Ashley Benson posted a photo of the two on Instagram referring to Tonkin and Zylka as a couple. Zylka previously dated Benson's co-star Lucy Hale, in which the two also had a difficult break up.

The former "Secret Circle" actor took to Twitter and spoke about his break up with actress in which he responded to a fan who told him that his girlfriend was beautiful by saying, "don't have a girlfriend. She decided she was too good."

Following his break up with Tonkin the actor wisely remained silent. Tonkin also posted the above photo of the two on her Instagram with the capiton, "Happy Birthday" but the post has since been deleted. However she did retweet Benson's photo of the former couple.

Phoebe Tonkin will be starring in "The Vampire Diaries" spinoff "The Originals" as Haley, a character she played for a few episodes in TVD. Only time will tell if the couple have truly reconciled.
