When People Magazine's Most Beautiful People issue hits new stands you will find Oscar Award winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow gracing the cover. The 40-year old actress topped the list of the most stunning celebrities taking the crown from queen Beyoncé who grace the cover with the title last year.

Although on the cover of "People Magazine" with the words "World's Most Beautiful Woman" on the cover at home she is just mom to her two kids Apple, 8 and Moses 7. The actress told People, "Around the house, I'm in jeans and a T-shirt. I don't really wear makeup. That's what they're used to," she says.

Even her husband Chris Martin, lead singer of the band Coldplay plays coy about the actress' beauty, "He'll make a joke about it. If I've gotten fully dressed up, he'll be like, 'Oh, wow! You're Gwyneth Paltrow!' Because he's used to seeing me in like baggy shorts and frizzy hair."

Paltrow credits part of her beauty to her regular workouts using fitness guru Tracey Anderson's Method five days a week. "It makes me look younger and feel strong,"

Gwyneth Paltrow's workout dedication has given her amazing results however the actress admits that in the beginning she was a bit doubtful about the routine, "When I first started, I thought, 'I'll never be good at this. This is a nightmare!' But now it's like brushing my teeth, I just do it."

The beautiful actress is now focusing on making her daughter Apple feel beautiful as well. Paltrow and Martin's daughter has now become interested in makeup and although she sometimes lets her little girl wear "a little dab" of makeup every now and then, she wants to make sure Apple has a positive body image.

Paltrow credits her husband with making their daughter feel beautiful, "Also having a father who adores you the way that he adores her is very good for your body image. The more we can love her and let her be who she is, the more confident she'll feel."
