Kendra Wilkinson was rushed to the hospital following a car accident in Los Angeles on Sunday April 21st. The 27 year old former Playboy model was spotted entering Providence Tarzana Medical Center.

A source confirmed to Us Weekly that Wilkinson was "in shock" and "really sore" following the accident. According to the New York Daily News Wilkinson was examined by doctors to determine whether she had any broken bones following the crash.

The former "Splash" star's injuries were not serious, a second source told Us Weekly, "She was taken in earlier," they also confirmed, "she was discharged already." Wilkinson was driving in the Tarzana neighborhood when she got into the accident.

Kendra Wilkinson recently quit the ABC show "Splash" after not being able to overcome her fear of heights. The star previously expressed her fear of getting hurt during the diving competition leading her to eventually quit the show earlier this month.

The former "Girls Next Door" repeatedly apologized for not being able to make the 23-feet jump, "I'm so sorry, everybody. It's bittersweet. One thing I don't do is quit. This is the first time in my life I've quit something"

She told the hosts of the show, "This will haunt me for the rest of my life."

The television personality later tweeted, that it was a big mistake for her to sign up for the show, "Sorry I let you all down."

Wilkinson is the mother of 3-year Hank Baskett IV and wife of former NFL wide receiver Hank Banskett III.
