Talk about changing up your look! In Beyoncé's new ad for Pepsi, the super star serves up four, count 'em four, different looks! Debuting today, on April 4th, a number that has special meaning to the singer (she and husband, Jay-Z share this number as their birth dates, as well as celebrate their fifth year of marriage today), Beyoncé takes us back to three of her most popular looks, as well as introduces an-all black ensemble for her current image, topped off with newly styled blonde hair.
With so many looks, Beyoncé revisits her shot denim jeans and tight white tank top from "Crazy in Love," her first single with Jay-Z, her black leotard look from "Single Ladies," the song that spawned the dance craze, and the "Bootylicious" Beyoncé wearing head-to-toe pink, from one of her most popular videos with singing group, Destiny's Child. At the end of the commercial, Beyoncé offers up Pepsi's new slogan, "Live for Now."
"Embrace your past, but live for now," the superstar says before walking off.
"I got to re-live some of my favorite past characters and looks," said Beyoncé, on making the new commercial. "It was the first time I saw those costumes in years and it was very emotional. I'm proud of those moments and they all connect in some way and have helped me evolve into who I am today." While a regular blonde, Beyoncé's new look next to her older ones shows she has opted for a shorter cut, with her blonde tresses how shoulder length, making for an all-new look.
As Pepsi's newest spokesperson, it is said Beyoncé's new commercial and subsequently the song, will be released in 70 countries, and seen by over 1 billion people worldwide!
