What a funny sight to see Bradley Cooper all done up in old school pink curlers a few weeks ago. It turns out, however, that the heartthrob actor did in fact get a perm. While on the set of his latest film project, Cooper was spotted rocking the final results of his hair curling process. Channeling Justin Timberlake's curly locks from the days of 'N Sync, Cooper's hair is a far cry from the brown slicked-back waves ladies faint over. Bradley's new hairstyle is for a film is set in the 1970s. Cooper also sports a close-shaven beard and aviator sunglasses for the period piece.

The 38-year-old Bradley is again to star alongside his former "Silver Linings Playbook" co-star, Jennifer Lawrence. Jennifer also changed her hair recently, taking it to new heights in a big blonde up-do. Jennifer's hair is getting as much press and Cooper's, creating even more anticipation for the film that reunites both stars. David O. Russell is directing the film each actor has changed their hair for. Still untitled, the film is about the Abscam scandal in Boston, Massachusetts. The scandal involved a sting operation run from the FBI's Hauppauge, Long Island office in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The film is set for wide release on Christmas Day, with a December 13 limited release. Guess it'll be several months before we can feast our eyes on Coopers permed tresses and Jennifer's 'go big or go home' new do. At least we know each look is for the good of the arts and not a personal choice!
