It pays to know great makeup artists!  Jet-setter, makeup trendsetter, and our friend, Viktorija Bowers, is quite the busy woman.  Aside from being the key Make up Artist for Elle magazine Style 360 shows for Fashion Week Spring/Summer collections, Viktorija is also a makeup artist to the stars.  Among her many Hollywood starlets is Troian Bellisario, actress on ABC's primetime program, Pretty Little Liars.  In preparation for Bellisario's recent press tour to promote the season finale of the hit TV show, Troian enlisted Viktorija as her makeup guru.  We've got all the tips on how to get Troian's beautiful makeup, straight from Viktorija.  Read on to learn how you too can get this gorgeous celebrity look and click through the slideshow for all the products Viktorija highlights (along with a few of her behind the scene pics from Instagram).

"Troian has elegance and poise that is so refreshing in a young actress," said Viktorija.  "She draws her inspiration from arts, theater and classic movies. In this instance it was 'Roman Holliday' with Audrey Hepburn that drew our inspiration for her interview with Good Morning America," she explained.  We are loving the inspiration!  Viktorija cites skin care as the key to achieving this look.  "Preparing skin for this kind of makeup is the most important part of the beauty regimen.  I recommend paying extra attention to skin care before anything else."

Viktorija prepped Troian's skin with Total Moisture Facial Cream by Benefit Cosmetics.  "Being that Troian had only slept for 3 hours, I then gave her that extra boost with Le Blanc Spot Corrector by Chanel. I prepared her skin for foundation using Complexion Primer Potion by Urban Decay, and her lips with Tight, Firm & Fill Extreme Lip Treatment by Beauti Control."

From her years of behind the scenes experience, Bowers tell us that TV lights are extra bright, so no matter how perfect skin is, even more coverage is required to make sure features do not get washed out.  "I used DiorSkin Airflash Spray Foundation on Troian," said Viktorija.  "If sprayed directly on the face, it gives you even coverage of airbrush quality.  I decided to apply it with a sponge, as Troian's skin is beautiful and does not require extra heavy cover up."

Now onto our favorite part of this look.  We couldn't wait to hear how Viktorija winged out Troian's eyes.  "To achieve a winged eyeliner look, I used M.A.C. Liquid Eyeliner in Boot Black, making an upward motion toward the ends of the eyelashes," she told us.  "To add a soft sparkly twist to this retro look, I gently dusted Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Lotus by Chanel over her eyelid.  It is a neutral shimmery color.  I used individual lashes to keep with the retro feel, and topped it of with a generous coat of ck one color mascara."  Viktorija also revealed that Troian's brows were filled in with Instant Brow Pencil by Benefit Cosmetics and then set in place by Tweezerman Brow Mousse

For the finishing touches to this pretty little look, Bowers shares her last few steps.  "To warm up and frame Troian's face, I used a big brush to softly bronze her temples and cheeks with Fusion Soft Lights Bronzer by Smashbox and added Dandelion Blush by Benefit on the apple of her cheeks for a healthy flush," she said.  "I used M.A.C. Strobe Cream to highlight Troian's cheekbones and finished by dusting her T-zone with Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder.  And on Troian's lips I used MAC Lipstick in High Tea, applied with a brush."

Thanks Viktorija!
