A little ink goes a long way. Amidst rumors that she is splitting from fiancée Liam Hemsworth, actress and singer, Miley Cyrus made a bold beauty statement this evening and got a tattoo of two hearts on her inner right forearm. The 20 year-old star's fresh ink was posted via Instagram by tattoo artist, Kat Von D, who also posted a caption for the photo. "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus -a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart!"

The most permanent of beauty statements, Miley's tattoo has since been interpreted to be two hearts beating, but it is actually two views of the same heart, sketched around 1510 by Leonardo da Vinci. Miley's tattoo comes on the heels of several bold statements she has made with her hair, chopping her long locks for a blonde pixie cut. The singer has since cut her hair several times, wearing a mini mohawk, and most recently, tinting her hair blue.
