The writer of best-selling novel, "50 Shades of Grey," will be releasing a writing guide, according to The Associated Press

EL James, author of the acclaimed novel, is now publishing a journal that will help writers learn how to put out 'quality' pieces like hers with her upcoming release "Fifty Shades of Grey: Inner Goddess (A Journal)." Vintage books and James said Monday that the book will be released on May 1st.

Vintage also said that the book will be released as a "a bonded leather" journal that aims to offer "readers and aspiring writers a place where they can record their innermost thoughts," reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The journal will include selections of 'Fifty Shades,' sections on each character from the book and even—wait for it—the very playlists James listened to while writing her breakthrough novel.

Vintage publisher Anne Messitte said in a statement that James' "personal story as a writer is inspirational to many women, and journaling has been an important part of her creative process from the start."

The 'Fifty Shades' books have sold 70 million copies worldwide and Universal is currently working on a movie adaption to further tap into the 'Fifty Shades' craze.

According to Opposing Views, Emma Watson of "Harry Potter" fame is a favorite to play Anastasia Steele, while Mila Kunis has reportedly turned down the role to play Steele. An MStarz article claims that Kunis told a reporter she would not take the role while promoting her new movie "Oz: The Great and Powerful," and later joked that co-star Zach Braff would be perfect for the role of Christian Grey.
