Kanye West has been back to his childish rants recently, including a comment that called out friend Jay-Z's song with Justin Timberlake 'Suit and Tie' and another about freeing yourself from the constraints of the music industry, but the 35-year-old rapper is looking to fulfill his adult duties for girlfriend Kim Kardashian, apparently.

West reportedly put his 4,124 square-foot bachelor pad in the Los Angeles Hollywood Hills on the market for a lower price than it was listed for previously, according to real estate blog Trulia Luxe Living.

Kanye's 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is selling for $3.3 million, but if you're in the market for a place, understand it was last listed for $700,000 more when he attempted to sell it in 2010. Other reports claim West also tried to sell the pad in 2012 for $3.995 million. Either way it looks like you're getting a steal.

Regardless, West looks to make a nice profit on the 3-story place, which he first purchased in 2003 for just $1.75 million.

Earlier this month, Kardashian also got rid of her own bachelorette pad selling her $4.8 million, 4,000-square-foot Beverly Hills villa for an undisclosed amount.

West has stirred up some controversy at a London concert recently, even calling out friend Jay-Z in the process.

"And I got love for Hov but I ain't f---ing with that 'Suit & Tie'," Kanye said over the G.O.O.D. Music track, "Clique."

That was just the beginning.

"I hate business people. People get on the phone with me and tell me, 'What kind of business can you do, though? What type of business are you doing? What's the numbers? How much did you sell? What's the radio spins? How much shampoo can you sell with your face on it and shit?'" he spit. "Remind me again why we in this shit. Can you remind me again why we in this shit? Since when [is] making music about getting rich? Since when [is] making art about getting rich?... Remind me again why we in this shit. Remind me again why the Grammys couldn't suck my dick."

At least he's playing the responsible adult privately.
