Swift has also been in trouble recently for a lawsuit filed in New York Federal court that claims she did not return a $2.5 million fee she was paid by an events promotion company for her canceled show in Canada, according to Fox News.

Swift was on a lineup to perform at Capital Hoedown, a country music event in Ottawa, in August 2012, but after the concert was cancelled, Swift never returned her fee. This has become a problem for the concert promoters who owe money to ticket holders of the event for a total of $1.8 million. Swift's representatives have argued that she never signed any deal with the ticket company.

In other celebrity buzz, rapper Eminem's daughter has apologized for a twitter outburst in which she attacked Swift for "whoring around."

Apparently, Mathers is a big fan and crush of One Direction's Harry Styles, who Swift had been dating at the time. While a rep for Eminem told E! News the twitter account does not belong to his daughter, she has since apologized to Swift for the comments made on the page.
