Kate Middleton is reportedly determine to push through her pregnancy as the royal fashion icon.
The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge is not letting anyone dethrone her as the fashionista queen, The Daily Mail reports.
At her fourth month of pregnancy, Middleton is set to appear for public engagements in the upcoming weeks, starting from Action On Addiction among many more to come.
"The Duchess is already patron of four charities and will add a small number to that list," a St. James's Palace spokesman said.
In order to clothe her growing baby bump in style, Kate's best fiends Natasha Rufus Isaacs and Lavinia Brennan have come to the royal's aid.
"She’s determined to remain fashionable between now and the birth and doesn’t want to be seen as frumpy," one friend of Middleton told The Daily Mail.
The designers will create maternity wear for the Duchess in order to keep her in royal glamour regardless of her glooming bump.
Just recently, Kate was met with another confrontation with paparazzi, despite her effort to maintain her privacy.
The Duchess and Duke of Cambridge were photographed during their private trip to Mustique, showing 31-year-old Middleton in a skimpy bikini that unveiled her bare baby bump.
Italian tabloid Chi and American tabloid Star have so far published the controversial photos, which the Palace called “a clear breach of the couple’s right to privacy.”
“We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas,” a royal spokesperson said.
Chi and Star only mark the first two publications to run Kate's bare bump. Australian magazine Women's Day is also set to publish the photos in their newest issue, which will be rolled out on Feb. 18.
Despite the scandal, Middleton is ready to take her upcoming appearances as the opportunities to showcase her baby bump in elegance.
