Singer Shakira and Gerard Pique have shared the first picture of their baby boy Milan Pique Mebarak on their UNICEF website. The picture shows the footballer lovingly kissing the little one. When the couple welcomed baby boy Milan on Jan. 22, everyone wondered which magazine the couple would sell the exclusive baby pictures to. But unlike other celebs, the couple chose a different and special way to introduce the new born to the world.

Along with the picture the couple also encouraged donations for underprivileged children. "We hope that, in his name, other less privileged children in the world can have their basic needs covered through gifts and donations. Thank you for sharing this unforgettable moment with us," Us Weekly quoted the couple. What an adorably noble way to share the joy.

Just a day after Milan was born, Pique shared a picture of the toddler's feet in white Nike sneakers, customized with his name. Later Shakira mentioned that considering Pique plays for FC Barcelona, Milan became a member of the club as soon as he was born.

The charitable couple also hosted a virtual baby shower on UNICEF's site where the attendees could purchase gifts like mosquito nets, vaccines and other basic necessities.

Shakira had also proudly showed off her baby bump on Instagram. But unlike other celebs, the couple decided not to sell the pictures to a specific publication for a large sum. Christina Aguilera, Jessica Alba and Sandra Bullock sold their baby's first pictures to various publications. Brangelina reportedly sold first pictures of twins Knox and Vivienne for $14 million.

Shakira and Pique met in 2010 and the footballer appeared in the music video of her hit number "Waka Waka." She officially confirmed her relationship in March 2011 via Twitter and Facebook where she posted a picture of the duo.
