Liberty Ross Files for Divorce from Rupert Sanders, Wants Joint Custody of Children

Looks like Liberty Ross couldn't get over director husband Rupert Sanders' cheating and has finally filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences." The decision comes almost five months after the news of Sanders and Kristen Stewart's fling broke out in August 2012.

Ross has also petitioned for joint physical and legal custody of the couple's children, Skyla, 8 and Tennyson, 6. She has also requested for spousal support and that Sanders pay her legal fees.

Ross and Sanders even attended counseling sessions to save their marriage but they don't seem to have worked. "Liberty tried for a reconciliation but it was impossible. The mistrust went too deep. The decision to divorce was hers," a source told the Daily Mail.

Sanders and Stewart's fling, pictures of which surfaced in the media, led to the "Twilight" star breaking up with boyfriend Robert Pattinson but later they reconciled after weeks of apologies and contrition from Stewart.

Even after the reconciliation, the young couple has been having arguments on a regular basis but Stewart has been trying hard to win back the trust of the 26-year-old, according to reports.

It was even rumored that the 22-year-old actress was considering getting a boob job to turn-on Pattinson as she was immensely insecure that he would leave her for someone else.

"Kristen is terrified that Rob is going to leave her for someone else. She has always been insecure about her boobs, and she is totally convinced Rob would find it a massive turn-on if she had even a subtle size increase," a source told National Enquirer, according to Gossip Con.

However, according to recent reports, Pattinson who is currently in Australia shooting for his upcoming film, "The Rover," has been ignoring Stewart's calls.
