Actress Kate Hudson will continue her association with Ann Taylor as the label's brand ambassador and has even agreed to create a capsule collection for its Spring/Summer 2013 designs.
Hudson, who will be designing for the first time, will take inspiration from the red carpet looks she has flaunted till date. The actress aims to bring the glamorous quotient to everyone's closet for even the simplest of occasions.
"Working with Ann Taylor has been a great creative experience and there is a really wonderful connection. Putting these outfits together has been incredibly fun - they have such youthful energy and flair!" Hudson said. "I got to dance on a treadmill wearing some amazing dresses and heels while being photographed in front of a giant digital screen when we shot this new campaign."
Hudson will also feature in the new ad campaign that has been shot by renowned photographer Norman Jean Roy at Milk Studios in Los Angeles , which will be seen February onwards.
In the ad, Hudson is seen wearing a bold mix of vibrant colors, florals and graphic prints. Lending her confidence and classy style to the brand, the actress describes herself as "a dress girl through and through," and looks stunning in the outfits.

Not just that, the actress will also do her bit to help young women by joining the advisory council for the company's ANNpower Vital Voices Initiative, a program that supports empowerment of young women. The initiative provides leadership skills to young women helping them to kick-start their role as leaders of the next generation.
