Gwyneth Paltrow has often dazzled in movies and on red carpet events with her style and fit figure. The Oscar winning actress is just not about style and glamour. After penning two cookbooks, Paltrow will soon release her third, based on elimination diet that is already available for pre-order.

The book titled, "It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great," features all her favorite recipes and food items that she swears by when she wants to lose weight and look good and will be out in stores, April 2, according to nydailynews.com.

It consists of 185 restorative recipes that are sugar-free, vegetarian and free of wheat as well as non-alcoholic. The actress has based the book on an elimination diet that she went on when she felt stressed and faint some time back and was found to be  anemic and vitamin D-deficient.

The cook book includes recipes for Hummus Tartine with Scallion-Mint Pesto, Salmon Burgers with Pickled Ginger and Power Brownies.

Paltrow has openly spoken about her love for cooking and even got some homemade delicacy when she appeared on "The Graham Norton Show" in May 2011. She spoke about how she loves cooking for the family who believe in eating healthy and the actress has even come up with a delicious recipe for Brussels sprouts.

The 40-year-old, who is married to "Coldplay" front man Chris Martin and also is mother of Apple, 8 and Moses, 6, often cuts an enviable figure on the red carpet and  makes it almost impossible to believe that she is 40. The actress is said to have gone through post partum depression after the birth of Moses in 2006.
