Just when all the buzz about Suri Cruise's $24,000 playhouse died down, here comes Beyonce and Jay-Z's toddler Blue Ivy who beats the little Cruise hollow. Blue Ivy is surely the new "million dollar baby" on the block as she reportedly has her own nursery suite at the New York's Barclays Centre worth $1 million.

"Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year. It has an area for Blue filled with toys," US Weekly quoted a source. The VIP space also serves as an adult playground designed in glass "with a champagne bar and TV screen. Jay lets friends use his digs when he's not there."

The toddler, who turns one Jan. 7, is used to all these expensive gifts and undivided attention. Just two days after her birth in 2012, Jay-Z released a song called "Glory" that he dedicated to the new born. Blue Ivy's cry featured at the end of the song, which not only brought her an official credit but she also became the youngest person ever to feature on a Billboard chart when "Glory" debuted on the chart at number 74.

Beyonce and Jay-Z also tried to trademark Blue Ivy's name but couldn't do so as a party planning company with the same name existed in Boston.

That's not all, the toddler owns a crystal chair priced at $16,000 and a crib estimated at $20,000.

And we thought Suri Cruise's Victorian playhouse with running water, electricity, an eat-in kitchen and a sun room was lavish.
