Dave Mustaine, lead guitarist of Megadeath Heavy Metal band took to social media to post his dissatisfaction with Men's Wearhouse.

The iconic guitarist, recently purchased a gift-certificate from the men's suit retailer to be delivered via mail as a holiday present for his tour manager Jim Carroccio, however the gift certificate was never delivered, after many attempts with the retailers customer service, the front man took to social media to post his grievance to his 574,000 followers.

Dave called out Men's Wearhouse CEO  George Zimmer on Facebook about the companies customer service,  'GUARANTEE' promises,  adding "it seems they throw this word GUARANTEE around quite a lot," adding "I really think that it sucks when people make false claims," recommending his fans go to Jos. A Bank instead.  The comment section already has over 5,700 likes and over 200 shares.

The company responded to Dave's recent post offering the musician an apology:

Dave, thanks for reaching out to us on Facebook. We apologize for the delay in receiving your gift card and agree that the delay is unacceptable. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we stand by our guarantee to deliver world-class customer service. So, we'd like to speak with you about a solution but are having some trouble reaching you since we last connected on 12/28. Men's Wearhouse recently recruited Joseph Abboud as its chief Creative Director, developing new high fashion designs and styles for the American men's apparels company. The social media post by Dave Mustaine did not help the company's reputation.
