The HBO hit series 'Girls' actress and creator Lena Dunham will release 'Girls' themed nail polish collection in collaboration with Deborah Lippmann celebrity manicurist.

The new nail polish collection will be available mid January can be pre-ordered on Lippmann's site.  Deborah Lippmann manicurist to the stars designs nail polish for many celebrities including Kim Kardashian and Lady Gaga. Her nail polishes and views on current fashion trends are taken very seriously in popular blogs and magazines.

"Deborah Lippmann's colors are irreverent and classy and I've always covet them, so who better to embody the GIRLS' sprit in polish form," said Dunham in a statement.

The 'Girls' nailpolish line includes four nail colors named after each of the characters in the show: Hapless Hunter Green for Hannah (Dunham's Character), Prim and Proper Pink for Marnie, Virtous Vivid Violet for Shoshanna and Bohemian Burgundy for Jessica.  The polishes are priced at $45 retail, "I've been wearing Hannah like it's going out of style," according to Dunham.

Lippmann is a trend setter for nail color and designs, she collaborates with many celebrities creating customized nail polishes.
