Taylor Swift, pop country singer-songwriter became top ranking celebrity philanthropist according to Dosomething.org, largest organization in the US for teens and social change.

The 'Red' album artist was cited "Top Celebs Gone Good of 2012," for her $4 million donation to create new education center in Nashville. DoSomething noted the 22 year-old became one of the youngest recipient of Ripple of Hope Award by Robert F. Kennedy Center to community leaders. The award celebrates individuals who 'demonstrate commitment to social change.'

Others celebrities ranked on DoSomething.org charitable list includes: Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Pink, Selena Gomez and Carrie Underwood. As philanthropist, Swift supports arts education, children's literacy, natural disaster relief and charities for sick children.  Forbes estimate the young pop-star is worth over $165 million. 

According to the website DoSomething.org aims to create a "massive (fun) movement of teens taking action to fix causes they care about."
The movement includes over 2.2 million young people, members can support charitable causes providing scholarships to student athletes and leaders, grants to animal shelters and research scholarships for cancer awareness and Cyber bullying.
