Despite numerous controversies, Madonna's MDNA Tour has been declared the highest grossing tour of 2012. According to Billboard, tickets to Madonna's 72 shows were sold out and grossed around $228.4 million. Throughout the tour the star has courted controversies; right from violence, firearms and human rights to nudity and politics. But all the issues, delays and controversies in the world have not taken away Madonna's thunder.

Even during the final leg of the tour the singer managed to kick up a buzz.

She created a fuss over some fans smoking during the show in Chile. She even threatened to cancel her performance if they didn't stop smoking at the venue.

"If you're going to smoke cigarettes, I'm not doing a show," she told the fans according to The Celebrity Café.com. "You don't care about me? I don't care about you. All right? Are we going to play that game? I'm not kidding. I can't sing if you smoke .. Entiendes?" she added.

She seemed really annoyed about the fact that fans were smoking during the show and even said, "You're looking right at me and smoking cigarettes, like I'm a stupid f**king idiot."

It seems she does not practice what she preaches. The singer seductively lighted a cigarette onstage while she was performing in Córdoba, Andalusia, according to Perez Hilton.

Looks like Madonna doesn't like it when others smoke a cigarette but seems to have no qualms about lighting up herself. Probably the 54-year-old was stressed out after the performance got off to a rough start with an unexpected power outage as the generator broke down. But the singer and her troop of back-up dancers kept the audience entertained with dances and catchy numbers for almost 45-minutes.

The MDNA Tour promoted her 12th studio album "MDNA" and took the singer to America, Europe and Middle East. Not just that, the tour also marked Madonna's first ever performances in the United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Scotland and Colombia.
