While the Super Bowl might be a big deal in the United States and sure Beyoncé is looking forward to perform, there is something else too that is making her smile. The singer's frequent collaborator, The-Dream, told Billboard that she is set to release her new song before the annual game.

Terius Nash, who is popularly known as The-Dream, said that he is "involved in every part of the process" for her new solo album. He seems to be sure about the release of the song saying, "Definitely. She's got her stuff going. She took the summer to start recording, and now she's in a place where she's ready to start gearing up to reveal her plan."

The "Single Ladies" hit maker will take centre stage during halftime at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, New Orleans, Feb. 3. With this the "Halo" singer joins the list of performances at the Super Bowl halftime along with Michael Jackson in 1993, Diana Ross in 1996, Phil Collins, Christina Aguilera and Enrique Iglesias in 2000 and "Aerosmith" in 2001.

Another celeb to release a song ahead of the game was Madonna when she performed in 2012 along with Nicki Minaj and Cee Lo Green. Madonna released her single, "Give Me All Your Luvin'" just two days before her Super Bowl performance.

Beyoncé is also set to make more news as she is the focus of a TV documentary on HBO. The documentary chronicles her life as a recording artist, performer and a mother. According to Idolator, the film has a "dramatic new teaser" with the singer's voiceover that says, "I've always battled with, how much do I reveal about myself."

The teaser shows the singer's day to day life, a scene when she hugs husband Jay-Z and also gives a glimpse of her baby bump when she was pregnant with daughter Blue Ivy Carter. The documentary will release on Feb. 16, 2013 on HBO.

With a new release, Super Bowl performance and the documentary, no wonder Beyoncé is glowing.
