Rock music fans worldwide are celebrating as the legendary rock band “Fleetwood Mac” announced a nine-week music tour in 2013, according to the RollingStone magazine. The tour is set to start in Columbus Ohio, April 4, and the band will continue with other 33 shows across U.S. and Canada, ending in Detriot, June 12. The band's last tour, "Unleashed", was in 2009.

The rockers Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham (guitarist), Mick Fleetwood (drummer) and John McVie (bassist) are reportedly reuniting without Christina McVie to mark the 45th anniversary of the release of their first album.

“We go into rehearsals somewhere around the end of February,” Mirror quoted Nicks as saying. “So if everything goes to plan, we should probably be out by end of April or May, I would think.”

The lineup of the band has frequently changed and the only original member who is still with the band is Mick Fleetwood. Nicks believes that this is the perfect time for a reunion and that “2013 is going to be the year of Fleetwood Mac.”

While there are speculations that this might be the last time the band is coming together, Nicks quashed these rumors when she told Reuters, “It's never going to be a final tour until we drop dead. There's no reason for this to end as long as everyone is in good shape and takes care of themselves.” The rocker also added, “I don't want a Fleetwood Mac tour every year or year and a half. That's why people get so excited. ... All of a sudden the world is on edge and that's what gets you out there.”

Fans can expect to hear some classic hits like “Go your Own Way,” “The Chain,” “Dreams,” and “Seven Wonders.”
