The ever stylish and chic Naomi Watts stole the show when she stepped out on the red carpet at the premiere of the Tsunami film, "The Impossible" at the BFI IMAX London, Nov. 19, reports justjared.com.

Watts dazzled in a backless black Tom Ford number that showed off plenty of flesh and complimented her toned back. And the show didn't stop just at her stunning back. Naomi showed a more daring silhouette with cuts on both sides.

The 44-year-old paired the outfit with a pair of strappy black pumps with heels that had metallic tips. Though she looked very radiant and glowing, she kept her makeup minimum and wore her hair up in a chignon and sported a side fringe. With a hint of lip color she completed her chic look with a pair of glittery earrings.

Watts was joined on the red carpet by co-star Ewan McGregor who looked as dapper as ever in a tartan patterned suit, a grey scarf and tan shoes.

The film is based on a true story of Maria Belon and her family caught up in the Tsunami of 2004 while they were holidaying in Thailand. Belon was also present at the premiere. The film tries to stay true to the real-life saga and talks about how the family faced grief, anger, love and hope. Watts considers the movie, "the most physically demanding thing" she has ever done according to news.sky.com

"You can never give up if you have life. You can never give up. That's how I got from the tsunami. If we are alive, we have hope," the site quoted Belon as saying.

"The Impossible" is scheduled to release Dec. 21.
