Reese Witherspoon seems to adore motherhood, as she looks content and radiant after giving birth. The 36-year-old actress and mother of three is out and about after giving birth to her first child with husband Jim Toth. The actress was spotted by E!Online running errands in Santa Monica.

The actress was dressed casually in a black sweater and blue rolled-up jeans. Witherspoon teamed her attire with black ballet flats and carried a camel bag. The "Legally Blonde" star left her pretty locks loose and sported chic sunglasses. Later, she was seen with a few shopping bags.

This is Witherspoon's first appearance since she gave birth to a baby boy, whom the couple named Tennessee James Toth. The star managed to look very chic even in the simplest attire of jeans and sweater. Throughout her pregnancy, she had been photographed in a variety of stylish maternity wear, proving that pregnancy wasn't going to slow her down. The star flaunted her bump in adorable dresses of black, pink and lavender.

Witherspoon walked the red carpet at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival alongside co-star Mathew McConaughey to promote their upcoming film "Mud". Even with the tiny bump, she looked stunning in a long-sleeved cocktail dress with a pair of hot pink Manolo Blahnik sandals and a ponytail. She also rocked the lovely Atelier Versace gown during the same event.

Witherspoon's skin has always been a matter of envy among fans and she once revealed to the Cosmopolitan magazine that she is a fan of the Avon Be Blushed Cheek Color. "It's great to have something in your purse that functions as a blush and a lipstick," the magazine quoted her as saying.

Witherspoon also has two other children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe: daughter Ava, 12, and son Deacon, eight. The fact that the star has been running errands and not sweating it out at the gym to get back her pre-pregnancy body is a fresh breath of air, considering how everyone is so size-conscious these days. She definitely deserves to have a laid-back time.
