"This category of shadows are finely milled, high pigment-load shimmer shadows that give an intense twinkle or an almost ‘wet,’ slick look to the lids," said makeup artist Kasey Spickard to the media outlet, Byrdie.

To apply it, spray setting pray to a flat brush, dip it into the shadow, and put it directly to the eyelid, Kasey recommended.
