Australian pop star and actress Kylie Minogue was spotted at the “Holy Motors” premiere during the New York Film Festival by lifestyle.terra.com. The star arrived at the event in an incredibly sexy sheer green gown which skimmed over her famous curves perfectly.
Minogue seemed to know where to draw the line, opting to wear a black leotard underneath without revealing too much. The floor-length sheer gown partially showed off her perfect legs and arms and the color flawlessly complimented the color of Minogue’s eyes.
The lacy dress had intricate floral work and the star teamed it with strappy footwear. The star kept her lovely golden curls loose and sported the minimal makeup look with just a tinge of nude glossy lips, and beamed at the camera. She also wore big hoop earrings and dark nail paint.
Even though in her mid-forties, Minogue’s complexion looked fresh and radiant. The star was almost the poster girl for Botox, but she admitted using it only once, after which she stopped getting those jabs, according to news.softpedia.com.
Later on, however, Minogue declared that her most valued beauty product was the inexpensive and easily available Pond’s cold cream. “It’s really changed my skin, it’s such an old classic, my mum uses it and it really does work. It makes such a difference,” allaboutyou.com quoted Minogue as saying.
Minogue was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 and underwent surgery the same year. During her period of recuperation, the pop star authored a children’s book “The Showgirl Princess” and also launched her perfume “Darling”, which was later expanded with eau de toilettes such as “Pink Sparkle,” “Couture” and “Inverse”. She has played a major role in encouraging women to get regular checkups done to diagnose the disease which threatened her life. This role played by the star has even been called the “Kylie effect”.
Minogue is also scheduled to appear on “The Wendy Williams Show” along with Salma Hayek and chef Lorena Garcia. Minogue will talk about her new movie “Holy Motors”.
