Realms Bath & Body Line has announced the launch of its online store. The venture gives customers the chance to shop for the brand’s merchandise from the convenience of their home. Customers can now buy matchless handmade lotions, shower gels, foaming hand soaps, shea butter soaps, shaving mug sets and room sprays just with the click of a button.

The line began with lotions and shower gels, and then went on to make foaming hand soaps, travel-size mini lotions, shea butter soaps, shaving soaps and room sprays. The products were first sold at craft fairs and Saturday markets around Washington State.

In addition, the brand is continuously expanding its collection. There are 17 scents so far and a special holiday scent is currently being formulated.

“I began making lotion in my kitchen about five years ago,” Terry Kaye, creator of Realms Bath & Body Line, says. “I have sensitive skin and commercial products didn’t always agree with me. The lotion I make now is thick and creamy, without being greasy.”

Each scent in the Realms Bath & Body line symbolizes a different realm. For example, the ripe apple scent is called Avalon, after the legendary island of apples from the time of King Arthur. Or take the example of Hanalei, a subtle combination of pear and coconut, named after the magical bay on the north shore of Kauai.

Realms Bath & Body Line carries products like satin and silk lotion, mini lotions convenient to carry during travel, shower gels, shaving kits for men and women, hand washes, room sprays and shea butter soap.

Realms’ lotion is shea butter-based, with coconut oil, sunflower oil, aloe and silk proteins which produce a soft, satiny finish. The collection is exotic with ingredients from all over the world to suit everyone’s needs and skin types.

Kaye first tested the men’s shaving kit on her husband who has a heavy beard yet sensitive skin. The shaving kit has now become popular far and wide.

“I’ve always loved experimenting with scents, ever since my best friend and I began making ‘perfume’ by crushing petals from her mother’s prized rose garden,” Kaye said. Happy about the progress of her company she adds, “Who knew it would blossom into this?”

In addition to creating a new rich, winter scent, Kaye is also putting together holiday goodies gift basket with large 8 oz. lotion, 8 oz. shower gel, travel size mini lotion and shea butter soap.
