Two skincare brands, Mediheal and Ma:nyo, have been recognized as top-growth rising stars by New York City-based beauty trend tracker Spate

These brands have shown significant growth in popularity, driven by consumer interest and influencer endorsements.

Mediheal, a Korean beauty brand, has seen substantial growth, with an average of 22,100 monthly searches and a 410.3% year-over-year increase. 

This surge in interest is largely attributed to Mediheal's toner pads, which have captured consumer attention amid a broader rise in toner use in the United States, where toner searches have increased by 10.2% year-over-year. 

While the trend is also driven by other brands like Glow Recipe and Good Molecules, Mediheal's specific offerings, including chin masks and face masks, are gaining traction.

Spate analysts suggest that U.S. skincare brands should note the success of Mediheal's toner pads and consider adapting similar products to meet this growing demand. 

The popularity of these products highlights a broader consumer shift toward incorporating various types of masks and toners into daily skincare routines.

Meanwhile, Ma:nyo, another prominent K-beauty brand, has also experienced remarkable growth, with an average of 6,700 monthly searches and a 296.2% year-over-year increase. 

The brand's cleansing oils are particularly popular, reflecting a broader trend in the U.S., where searches for cleansing oils have risen by 34.8% over the past year. 

This trend is further evidenced by the increasing adoption of the double cleansing method, which has seen a 60.1% increase in searches.

Spate encourages skincare brands to align themselves with the growing trend of cleansing oils and the double cleansing method. 

One suggested strategy is to create double cleansing kits by bundling existing products or educating consumers on the benefits of cleansing twice. This approach can help brands capitalize on the rising interest in thorough skincare routines.

Mediheal, established over 10 years ago, has grown from a novel concept to a well-established global beauty brand, known for its affordable and effective sheet masks. The brand has maintained a focus on creating products that cater to diverse skincare needs, earning the trust of consumers worldwide.

Ma:nyo, on the other hand, known for its clean beauty and sustainability, has carved a niche with its botanical and organic ingredients. The brand markets its products as carefully crafted "magical potions" for healthier skin, appealing to consumers seeking natural and effective skincare solutions.

As these brands continue to grow, they set a benchmark for innovation and consumer engagement in the skincare market.
