Viral brand Makeup By Mario has released a brand new eyeshadow palette.

The palette, called Master Mattes Eyeshadow Palette: The Neutrals, was inspired by the '90s and the neutral shades of that time period. The palette was created to be the perfect mix of warm and cool tones so that you could create countless looks. 

The palette includes 12 different shades. Each eyeshadow promises to be buildable and suitable for every skin tone. The shades include a mixture of browns and beige with a bit of gray and black.

The shades in this palette include MN 1 (soft cream), MN 2 (peach nude), MN 3 (neutral sand), MN 4 (muted beige), MN 5 (neutral taupe), MN 6 (medium tan), MN 7 (pale mauve), MN 8 (Mario's favorite brown), MN 9 (grayish brown), MN 10 (intense cool brown), MN 11 (cool blue gray), and MN 12 (intense black). 

Each shade has a matte finish, so you will not find any shimmery eyeshadows in the palette. It was created to be a sister palette to the original Makeup By Mario palette. It can be used on its own as well. 

The formula is super lightweight and has minimal fallout. It can be used to enhance and shape your eyes.

According to Makeup By Mario's website, a few of the shades in this palette, such as MN 4 (muted beige), MN 5 (neutral taupe), MN 6 (medium tan), MN 8 (Mario's favorite brown), MN 9 (grayish brown), MN 10 (intense cool brown), and MN 12 (intense black), can be used as brow powder. 

Although there are no standout ingredients, we can tell you what it does not have. This palette is cruelty-free, soy-free, and gluten-free. This product does not have formaldehyde, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, or parabens. It is also free from mineral oil, coal tar, sulfates SLS & SLES, triclocarban, triclosan, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, and hydroquinone.
