Shoe connoisseur Beth Shak has debuted her Spring 2013 collection “Beth Shak”. It has been designed for all stylish women worldwide who long for high-quality footwear at a reasonable price. The entire collection is made of Italian leather and comes with very intricate detailing.

The collection is inspired by women in Shak’s personal and professional life: the women who she loves, cherishes, looks up to and respects. The list includes Sarah Jessica Parker, Oprah Winfrey and Angelina Jolie. “Whether it is their smarts, their incredible grace, their personal style or their selfless philanthropy; or a combination of all these attributes these women are absolute role models,” Shak said.

“Women are so powerful and often go through a lot in life but how women simply inspire and support women day to day – that is what enabled me to create the Beth Shak collection,” she says. In keeping with this admiration and love, Shak chose the brand logo, which is an oversized, cherub-like heart in her signature mediterranean blue. “My heart and soul is in each and every design,” she adds.

The collection includes a large variety of kitten heels, stilettos, wedges, strappy sandals, platforms, and more. The footwear comes in numerous shades of red, violet, blue and kiwi and in designs like floral, camo, pink and gray leopard.

The Beth Shak Spring 2013 collection reflects her personal style and is extremely fashion-forward. Coming in vibrant colors with trendy and unique designs, the shoes cater to the needs of all stylish women; and it is a delight to browse through her collection. The most eye-catching ones are a pair of leopard-print suede heels with crystals called Wendy, which is named after a friend Wendy Williams; and pumps with white patent leather platform, blue patent heel and black patent base called Donna, inspired by Donna Summer. Another unique piece is a beige mock snake kitten heel sandal with pewter leather trim, Julia, named after Julia Roberts.

Sale proceeds of one shoe from the collection, “Elizabeth”, will be donated to The Palliative Care Program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The philanthropic shoe has been named after Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor.
