This step comes as a corporate initiative to create a more connected and interactive shopping experience. Now customers will be able to share all their purchases and even their opinion about the products.

Saks Fifth Avenue also has a mobile application which includes features like the fashion look books, information about various events in advance, wish lists that can be shared etc.

AT&T customers with select Wi-Fi devices will automatically authenticate to the in-store Wi-Fi service. Through this frequent shoppers will be connected to Saks Fifth Avenue's Wi-Fi automatically, every time they visit the store.
