The Jones Group, a renowned apparel and footwear designer, marketer and wholesaler, has appointed Kathy Nedorostek to the newly-formed post of Group President, Global Footwear and Accessories, according to a press release.

Nedorostek has worked with Coach, Inc., where she served as president of North America Wholesale and Global Licensing since 2003. She has been accredited with the brand's development, market gains and growth in all licensed categories.

In addition, Nedorostek has worked as president and chief operating officer for the Natori Company. She has also worked for big fashion names like the cK Calvin Klein Shoes & Bags division of Nine West Group Inc., Judith Leiber and Saks Fifth Avenue.
