In the age of emails cards have become a rarity. But one company is still bullish. Papyrus-Recycled Greetings, Inc is part of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week at the Lincoln Centre in New York from Sept. 6-13.
Papyrus has display counter at the event and the visitors get a glimpse of its designs and fashion forward styles. Sending out greeting cards has always been a very thoughtful gesture and the visitors can rediscover the romance of the greeting cards.
“We are very excited to be involved with such an iconic fashion event,” said Sue Buchta, President of Papyrus-Recycled Greetings Inc. Not just greeting cards, Papyrus also creates gift accessories with stylish and intricate artistry.
The company Papyrus founded in 1950 by Marcel and Margrit Schurman, drew its inspiration from art and lifestyle. In 2009 American Greetings acquired Papyrus and another greeting card brand, Recycled Paper Greetings and merged them as the Papyrus-Recycled Greetings, Inc.
Papyrus has a card for every occasion right from birthday, friendship, life events, Valentine’s Day, mother’s day and Christmas greetings to name a few. And if one wants to send a card to a loved one for no particular occasion, a blank card with a personal message is the answer and Papyrus has that too. Papyrus also makes cards from recycled paper.
The greeting cards are designed keeping in mind the real essence of the occasion. They are cute and sporty and some come with the most hilarious texts on them. Creative and adorned with bows, flowers, babies, cute animals, ribbons, sequins, embroidery and funny and witty text, these cards match every mood and are bound to make the receiver smile.
“Having a presence among such a discerning audience of taste-makers is the perfect opportunity to showcase Papyrus as an industry leader of quality, style and innovation,” Buchta added.
