Beyoncé accepts the Best Dance/Electronic Music Album award for “Renaissance” onstage during the 65th GRAMMY Awards at Crypto.com Arena on February 05, 2023 in Los Angeles, California.

Beyoncé has shared new snapshots of her platinum locks, prompting fans to speculate that it might be her subtle way of responding to critics.

On Wednesday, the Grammy Award-winning artist treated her Instagram followers to a series of photos showcasing her platinum hair peeking out from the hood of her all-white ensemble. The snaps were reposted by fans on X, formerly Twitter.

Her outfit featured a hooded crop top from Alaia, an oversized blazer, and a pair of tracksuit pants, both from Wardrobe.Nyc, as identified by Page Six. She completed the look with pointed white pumps and black shades.

The post came amid accusations that the "Cuff It" singer was trying to look like a white woman after photos surfaced of her with platinum hair and what many perceived to be a lighter skin tone at the "Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé" premiere in Los Angeles last month.

Some of Beyoncé's fans suggested that the singer may have addressed the haters and naysayers by wearing all-white outfit in her latest snaps.

"Beyoncé got a smarta-- mouth [and] don't even say s---. Her actions will cuss you out every time," commented one Instagram user on Beyoncé's post, adding laughing with tears emojis.

"Beyoncé is funny," another user commented. "She said she is not white period."

"Her wearing all white was NOT a coincidence [laughing with tears emojis]," another top comment read. "Beyoncé is mad funny, bruh."

Just a day before the "Halo" hitmaker's post, her mother, Tina Knowles, shared on Instagram a video featuring "Brown Skin Girl" by Beyoncé playing in the background, along with a lengthy caption passionately defending her daughter from the accusations. This was reposted by fans on X.

"Came across this today and decided to post it after seeing all of the stupid ignorant self, hating racist statements about her, lightening her skin, and wearing platinum hair wanting to be white," she wrote.

She expressed dismay at the claim that her daughter bleached her skin to look white, calling it a misguided and hateful narrative driven by jealousy.

Knowles also clarified in the post that Beyoncé sported silver hair to match her silver attire and the event's theme.

"I just went and looked at all the beautiful talented Black celebrities who have worn platinum hair and it has been just about everyone of them at one time or another," Knowles said. "Are they all trying to be white?"

"This girl minds her own business. She helps people whenever she can. She lifts up [and] promotes Black women and underdogs at all times," she continued.

Beyoncé's "Renaissance" tour is heavily characterized by the "Alien Superstar" theme, with attendees frequently donning silver-sparkling attire, disco ball-themed outfits, and metallic suits.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé's concert film officially premiered Friday and raked in $21 million in its domestic debut, surpassing expectations, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
