Almost every celebrity has at least one style choice that once seemed charming but became a regrettable decision years later. For Kaley Cuoco, it was a hairpiece she incorporated into her look a decade ago.
In a People interview, the 38-year-old actress was asked about a past style disaster, and she directly pointed to the faux bangs she sported at the 2013 SAG Awards. For her, it was the "worst" style idea that she's ever had.
"I mean, it's a pretty big one," she told People. "I still think this is the worst thing I've ever done. I added a hairpiece, but it was bangs."
Cuoco and her glam team initially found the style choice adorable, but it later faced disapproval.
"Literally, I look at pictures and I'm like, 'That was the worst decision I have ever made.' It just did not work. It looked so fake," she recalled.

Photos from the red carpet of the 2013 award ceremony showed the "Big Bang Theory" actress sporting straight, mid-length blonde hair adorned with clip-on full bangs. She wore a strapless red dress and pointed suede pumps.
The actress accessorized with a red bejeweled statement bag, a diamond bracelet, and nails adorned with heart-shaped designs in red polish.
Having seemingly learned from her previous mishap, the "Flight Attendant" star made sure not to repeat the mistake of wearing fake bangs to red carpet events.
In 2021, she wowed at the Emmy Awards, sporting a chic ponytail with beautifully styled fringe.

Her standout look featured a neon Vera Wang gown with a thigh-high side slit and functional pockets.
Her stylist at the time, Christine Symonds, talked to Stylish by Us Weekly, sharing a full breakdown of how she did Cuoco's hair.
"I prepped Kaley's hair with Clairol Shimmer Lights Thermal Shine Spray ($10) and the Clariol Shimmer Lights Leave-In Styling Treatment ($12)," Symonds told Stylish. "I then blow dried the hair and set with clips to create volume and movement."
To achieve a ponytail with that "Rapunzel"-like appeal, the stylist used a row of Hidden Crown Seamless Hair Clip-in Extensions. "I pulled out a few pieces around the face to soften the look and frame her face with her fringe," she elaborated.
At the 2022 Emmys after party in West Hollywood, California, the actress sported a hairstyle somewhat reminiscent of her previous look. She donned a pink dress adorned with floral designs.

In March, Cuoco welcomed her first child, Matilda Carmine Richie, with her boyfriend Tom Pelphrey.
Last month, the actress shared on her Instagram Stories a delightful clip of her daughter uttering the word "mama" for the first time, as reported by Just Jared.
The actress, who just launched her Oh Norman! dog-product line, also recently shared an adorable family picture on Instagram showing them celebrating Thanksgiving day at home.
"Grateful is an understatement️," she captioned the photo. "We are so thankful for our amazing, loving families and this little bundle of heaven. Tildy's first [T]hanksgiving was perfect!"
